SAP Plant Maintenance- Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Manager, responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PM solutions to support maintenance processes within our organization.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

Configure and customize the SAP MM module to meet the business requirements, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, valuation, and invoice verification. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of the SAP MM module with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, PP, and WM/QM. Lead the full lifecycle of SAP MM projects, including planning, design, testing, rollout, and support. Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document functional designs, and create test plans. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP MM functionalities. Manage master data related to materials management, including material master records, vendor master data, and purchasing info records. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides. Stay current with SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices within the materials management domain.

 

 

Experience: 

8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Module. Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations. In-depth knowledge of SAP MM configuration and technical areas. Proficiency in documenting processes and writing functional specifications. Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role. Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

Experience with data migration strategies and tools for transferring materials data into the SAP MM module. Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes. Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members. Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

 

Education:

Graduate from a reputed educational institution. SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Maintenance & Repair with ERP 6.0 EHP7 (preferred). Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
