Teamcenter PLM Support Lead
**Job Title: Teamcenter PLM Support Lead** **Job Location: Remote (Anywhere across US)** **Job description:** Capgemini is looking for a Teamcenter PLM Support Lead for a Remote position in United States. Join a team driving innovation at a prominent global consulting and technology company. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Support ticketing system through servicenow portal handling tickets related to Teamcenter and T4S related issues. + Adhere to SLA in service now portal while handling tickets + Manage Offshore team for the Teamcenter Helpdesk related tasks and activities + Performing Teamcenter and T4S related admin activities + Provide real time support in Teamcenter & T4S related tasks for PLM admin team + Provide real time support for users for Teamcenter & T4S + Ensure Teamcenter performance and manage Teamcenter Environments (Dev, QA and Prod) + Teamcenter Installation in the end user machines + CREO/Solidworks installation in the end user machines + Installation of TC vis, java in the end user machines + Present status of incidents in the bi-weekly meeting with the customer. + Update support issues in the support user documents (SUD) + Coordinate with the offshore team to send daily status of Dispatcher Admin console and CN stuck JOB Status on everyday basis. + Provide Teamcenter access (user activation) to the new users which gets created as tasks. + Perform user deactivation biweekly. + Perform System checks, Dispatcher, SAP failures. + Perform Monthly activity for Disk space + Bulk Data creation/loading for Service &Design items using the custom utility + SAP failure fixes (Create Service revisions, Design revisions) + Troubleshoot Teamcenter related issues (stuck workflows, stuck CN, CRs,etc) and provide fix + Troubleshoot CAD related issues and provide fix + Troubleshoot Dispatcher related issues & provide fix + Troubleshoot Product configurator related issues and provide solution. + Troubleshoot database/indexing related issues and provide fix + Perform Maintanence mode tasks (workflow tasks) + Handling support fixes in the areas of Document management (PES,TechPubs etc.,),Part management (Design,wholeGoods etc.,), Service management (Service) + Handling Workflow fixes for CN/CR/CPC/DUT/WR/IR, Service management, Wholegoods request + Perform Admin workflows (SEAL, maintenance mode etc.,), Unrelease, Re-open CN/CR activities + Manage SVN Repository **Required Skills:** + Bachelor's Degree required, Computer Science or Engineering preferred + Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing intensive industry, required + 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM environment, required + Experience with Integration between PLM and ERP Systems, preferred + Capability of developing Migration of Item and BOM's from legacy solutions into PLM Systems + Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment + Excellent written & verbal communication with the ability to document issues and resolution, training material, FAQs etc, + Extensive knowledge of CAD integration frameworks and exposure to all major CAD integrations like NXI, SWIM, SEEC, TcIC, IPEM. + Programming experience in C, C , Java, Java script, Angular & scripting languages is required + Programming experience in TC server side (ITK), SOA & AWC customizations + Knowledge of Databases, Server Setups, Hardware analysis, and Performance tuning a plus **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
