This is a full time position within the Academic Advising unit. **Job Responsibilities:** This position provides first contact advising information to students, and clerical support from student inquiry through student graduation. Clerical skills at an intermediate level will be used to assist students, perform assigned duties for the CCSPA/UED Advising Team, and provide support for advisors. This position works cooperatively with others within the College and Schools in CCSPA and UED and throughout the Advising Unit to support advising services at the University. The incumbent will have strong customer service, time management and prioritization skills, the desire to support a diverse student body, and a positive attitude that supports and is consistent with the mission, vision, and values statements of the University. **Minimum Qualifications** The following qualifications are required of all applicants seeking consideration for this position.
