Assess, standardize, and enhance processes and SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and sustainability. Develop and maintain a robust process landscape with standardized templates. Drive process assurance, adoption and compliance through effective training, audit and monitoring. Ensure timely updates and implementation of necessary digital enhancements. Lead and complete QC improvement projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Provide training and support for site teams to enhance CI effectiveness. Support the BE partner to drive BEx initiatives such as Kaizen, AWMS, IMS, and continuous improvement projects. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, Operational Excellence or related areas. Strong knowledge of Process assurance, SOP management, Quality Circles, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Experience with digitization projects and managing digital portals. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
