Your day to day:

Ensures the management and coordination of high-complexity projects related to the operations of OSS systems in Vodafone networks in order to meet quality requirements and project response times.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Performs activities that combine analytical skills with adequate knowledge of software and hardware technology for the administration of OSS systems containing telecommunications software applications, both mobile and fixed.Coordination of IT projects.Coordination and professional development of staff.Participate in new projects activities, by providing input, implementing, or verifying improvements in processes and work instructions, verifying configuration changes.Interact with customer technical staff, NOC engineers, operation managers and other groups within Service Delivery organization.With these skills you are a great candidate: 4-5 years of experience in the IT or telecommunications industry.Knowledge and experience in various OSS systems, services, and telecommunications technologies.Ability to make decisions and evaluate medium- and long-term effects, teamwork-oriented spirit.Advanced project management skills, very good communication skills.Proficient in both written and spoken EnglishMust have technical / professional qualifications: Computer Science MSc degree or equivalentMore than 4 years of experience in a telecom environment, performing similar functions, including specific training.Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change.ITIL / Agile Certification or deep know-how.Sounds like the perfect job?
