Team Leader - Monitoring

The Team Leader - Monitoring Team will lead the Service Support Desk Advisors. The Monitoring team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of front office infrastructure and devices as well as back-end servers and services. Their responsibilities include network/ services monitoring, scheduled jobs management, incident management support and documentation, reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities: + Lead and develop the Service Support Advisor team. + Generate and analyse reports, providing recommendations to the Service Support Desk Manager + Assist with incident management. + Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following skills and capabilities: + Leadership in team management and performance + Strong customer service background + Analytical skills for reporting and data interpretation + Incident management experience + Excellent communication skills + Ability to manage incidents effectively.
