Key purpose
To effectively lead, manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team of health coaches to ensure all objectives of various coaching programmes are achieved. To ensure adherence to agreed IQS targets and objectives
Key Outputs
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:
Co - Manage a multidisciplinary team of Health Coaches. Be responsible for developing training material and programmes for new and existing coaching programmes that aligns to best industry practices. Be responsible for onboarding and accrediting new health coaches Handle the administrative functions required, including completing data & performance audits Identify quality issues and take corrective steps by actioning quality trends Be responsible for resolving escalated queries and calls Build relationships with internal clients to achieve objectives Build relationships with internal partners to achieve objectives Be able to multitask and meet allocated deadlines daily Drive results and solutions through the team Display innovation and creative thinking in optimising the performance of coaching programmes and individual health coaches. Engage others in decision making, encourage consultation and be responsible for effective decision making Be a champion in supporting latest health coaching industry trends and best operational practices Complete ad hoc projects dependant on strategic needs of the business Clean data to send out Health Coaching Whatsapp invitations via Clickatell to relevant members Demonstrate an understanding of IQS and compliancy in ensuring IQS objectivesCompetencies

Experience and Qualifications
Matric MS Office and Excel Clinical qualification 1 year training experience Knowledge of DH systems (Paradigm, Pinpoint, DNA) Knowledge of DH and Vitality product benefit Knowledge of DH and Vitality funding and policy rules
