This role will be required to manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts in their efforts to provide the business with truthful analyses evidence perspective and insight in order to simplify business decision making
Key Areas of Responsibility
Analysis of the performance of collection agents clients under debt review and other process recoveries
Managing the data integrity in the environment
Assistance in the development and maintenance of integrated companywide credit management information framework
Key components include credit committee operational and regulatory reporting for the process recoveries environment
Indepth investigations of variance on reports

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 & At least 5 years experience in a reporting/analysis role including experience in and understanding of database structure design and data extraction principles
OR A relevant graduate degree in Statistics Finance Mathematics or Actuarial Science & At least 2 years experience in a reporting/analysis role including experience in and understanding of database structure design and data extraction principles
The ideal candidate would be one who holds A relevant postgraduate qualification Hons/ Masters with majors in Statistics Finance Mathematics or Actuarial Science & First line supervisory experience is preferred or experience in delegating and allocating work to others and monitoring to ensure that it is completed as per the contracted standards
