Responsible for handling Mid to Big sized Team, resources split across multiple Work TypePeople Management. Prepare and document Monthly One O Ones, Goal Setting, Quarterly Conversations, Rating Discussions, and Remuneration Planning for team members. Leave and Attrition ManagementLead conversations for Accounts Payable Team with On-shore stakeholders.Ensure adherence to AP and all other related policies, the accuracy of accounting processedResolve Team Queries on the subject matter, decision-making on prioritization, and volume churn-out as neededEnsure proper work allocation and timely turnaroundEnsure service delivery based on agreed SLAs and Quality StandardsEffective management of internal & external stakeholders while nurturing a good relationship and ability to get things done with positive influenceProcess Standardization, Documentation, and Value Stream Mapping. Deliver Organic growth through Lean and Continuous improvementData Management, KPI Reporting, Prepare and provide accurate and timely team/process data/decks as required by Fin Ops management/Stake HoldersWork with other Managers and Team Leaders in the project to create a culture of collaborationCoach and mentor team members to ensure the all-round development of individualsPerformance objectives:
Ensure agreed KPIs (Productivity, Quality, and Turn Around Time) are met/ExceedAchieve high employee and client satisfaction scoresEnsure attrition rates are below industry figuresEnsure succession planning of key resourcesMonitor process exceptions and devise a plan to minimize the sameMinimize risk through appropriate controls in placeBudget control. Requirements:
Must be Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate or MBA in FinanceMust have a Minimum of 6 Years of Experience working in Shared Services/Captive Units/MNCs, at least 2 Years should be in People Role for a team of 5+ headcount.Sound Accounting and Domain KnowledgeMust have mentioned experience in Accounts PayableShould be comfortable working as an Individual contributor as well as in Team HandlingGood/Strong communication skills, ability to work methodically & efficiently and deliver under tight deadlinesIntermediate / Advanced PC skills, proficient in Office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel. Including advanced Excel functionalitiesShould be comfortable working in US ShiftWorking experience on Service Now, Zendesk, Yardi will be added advantageKnowledge of Lean Awareness, Continuous Improvement, and RPAWhat we can do for you:
