Matric certificate Drivers license Proven experience in a supervisory role would be beneficial Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in managing and motivating diverse teams. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Train and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures. Monitor and manage schedules, workload distribution, and productivity. Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
