Join us. **ESSENTIAL TASKS:** + Assist, direct, instruct, and check on assigned group of departmental employees in all phases of their work. + Manage the movement of personnel to ensure production goals are met in all areas and optimize productivity + Track and approve personnel time in Kronos + Ensure that all procedures are followed to meet company objectives which include safety, right-first-time and forecast and research, propose and implement improvements to these areas using CI tools. + Lead and teach process audits, standard work events, PSRs, and other CI tools with assigned team members + Drive safety engagement by motivating department personnel to write SAFE cards and report all incidents, entering incidents into Engage in a timely manner, leading diverse teams to identify the root cause, and driving countermeasures to completion. + Drive the use of plant standard boards to maintain clean work areas and equipment + Identify and refer disciplinary and other supervisory problems and matters to designated supervision + Assist supervision with employee reviews and reprimands + Maintain approved levels of supplies + Work from batches, schedules, and instructions to plan and lay out work for assigned group + Perform minor scheduling actions in MPT and EBS transactions **NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS:** + Perform other duties as required or directed **REQUIREMENTS:** + General high school diploma or GED + Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience + Must be able to drive an overhead crane and IME **We** **thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
