Mercer Financial Advice provides simple advice through the phones and in the workplace, and strategic advice to those who have more comprehensive and ongoing financial needs. We service 7,000 private clients and Mercer’s corporate, industry and public sector client base, as well as the members of Mercer Super.Team Leaders are responsible for managing a team of financial advisers and support staff, ensuring that the team achieves its stated client, revenue and related objectives. Team Leaders play a vital role in the strategic development of the team, in growing the team through the coaching and mentoring of advisers in the acquisition of new clients and referral sources, promoting professionalism and the highest ethical standards in financial advice through their own actions and through the management of the team.
