Team Leader, Workplace Experience
**Summary of Responsibilities:** We’re adding a Team Leader, Workplace Experience to our growing People Services team. The People Services team connects people to purpose, optimizing people operations and the employee experience. The Team Leader, Workplace Experience leads employees and daily operations to create a workplace that invites connection and fosters productivity—connecting employees and visitors to the workplace through customer service, security protocols, and administrative support. **Essential Responsibilities:** In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for the daily operations and delivery of workplace experience services including reception, concierge, administrative services, and meeting and event coordination support​, and create an environment that prioritizes and balances employee experience and customer service with compliance and security requirements, for each of our office locations. As a cross-functional partner supporting workplace and administrative needs, you will manage stakeholders and build relationships throughout the organization. And as a people leader, you will prioritize, schedule, and coordinate team assignments to maximize performance, customer service, and employee development. What we’re looking for: + **Education/experience:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years’ working in a customer experience and administrative support role + **Leadership:** Ability to coach, develop, and empower employees to meet or exceed company objectives and team / individual performance expectations + **Workplace Experience:** Understanding of workplace, administrative, corporate security, and building access best practices + **Customer Service Orientation:** Ability to manage and exceed internal and external customer and stakeholder expectations + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various departments + **Proactive Planning:** Ability to anticipate and plan for visitor and employee needs + **Organizational Skills:** Strong task management, prioritization, and follow-through + **Communication:** Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization + **Composure:** Ability to demonstrate patience and remain calm in unexpected, emergency, and/or urgent situations + **Curiosity:** Confidence to ask questions and ability to influence change, as necessary + **Process Optimization:** Experience applying and optimizing policies, processes, protocols, and procedures + **Confidentiality:** Exercise discretion with sensitive information + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Does this sound like you?
