As the Software Asset Management (SAM) Team Lead, you will be accountable for managing and coordinating the SAM team. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will demonstrate leadership and coordination skills while maintaining a sense of urgency. You will also be responsible for driving and resolving issues in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Your main responsibility is to manage requests for software assets and PC rights, ensuring that Vodafone colleagues have the necessary tools to perform their day-to-day activities.
