The main responsibilities of the role would be providing strategic insights and recommendations based on the analysis of financial and headcount data, as well as implementing and driving the performance measurement of the progress towards operational targets of within Networks. Additionally, the role requires a strong drive approach to ensure communication with Networks upper-level management of regular updates and recommendations on operational and finance performance, support decision-making, while being in full alignment and coordination with Networks Functions (Operational, Finance & HR).
Who you are Drive the Commercial & Resource Management Governances providing updates, insights, and recommendations to support Networks operational business functions in meeting their strategic objectives. Become an expert in Networks business and have a deep understanding of the service lines, processes, and activities, taking into consideration the strategic priorities of the company, the key investments required to support the strategy and the key projects.Act as a consultant, influencer and strategic thought partner to service owners and Networks Service Line LeadsDevelop and maintaining business relationship with Networks Management, while being accountable for promoting and ensuring Networks Management adheres to _VOIS processes.Maintain a strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure that operational business functions have access to the necessary financial and headcount data to make informed decisionsCommunicate financial and headcount trends, insights, and recommendations to upper levels of management, evaluating the data and ensuring that these insights are incorporated into the overall business strategy (actuals against BC, forecasts)Anticipate and identify financial and headcount trends & predictions and produce spending forecasts as required for critical areas/ projects/ programmesPrepares and communicates the Recharges file for Networks customers, including analyses, waterfalls between cycles and explanations on variation, considering inputs from GT Finance, Networks Business, BRMs, HR and Finance Understand, analyse, test and document the main drivers behind and the spending trends.Ensure data completeness and accuracyPrepare and present all the supporting analyses and presentations for decisions making purposes and/ or group submissionsImplement and lead the Resource Management process in Networks as designed by _VOIS OPC.
