Discover Impactful Work:

This position is responsible for supervising and owning the daily operations of the distribution team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely distribution of goods. This role involves supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a safe working environment to meet organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life:

Supervise, coaching, and mentoring a team of distribution associates.Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and performance.Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.Be responsible for daily distribution activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, receiving, and invoice reconciling.Ensure accurate and timely order processing to meet customer demands.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure team and operational efficiency.Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance productivity.Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages.Ensure safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Process improvement

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required.5+ years of experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics role, with 1+ year in a leadership position required ((equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered).Strong understanding of distribution processes, inventory management, and logistics principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in using MRP.Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of safety regulations and standard processes in warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 40 pounds.Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $31.16–$46.74.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
