Team Leader, Internal Communications - Creative Production and Events

As the Team Leader, Internal Communications, you'll lead a team responsible for creative strategy and event production for enterprise-wide internal communications. You'll work cross-functionally across the organization to develop strategies and a creative approach to storytelling that resonates, aligns to the corporate narrative and mission to inspire and engage team members.

About the Role

Create, embody and support the culture, vision and overall direction of the teamLead, guide and evaluate the work of direct report team membersWork with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic internal communications strategiesEstablish creative process and excellenceWork cross-functionally with strategic partners to develop and manage creative, meaningful content that highlights the company mission and culture, placing them in the right channel at the right time to increase engagement and awarenessProvide communications support and counsel to senior leaders in the organization, working closely with the Public Relations teamEnsure a high level of editorial review, consistent and quality across all organizational communicationsMaintain knowledge of the must current creative communications and creative practices to enhance internal communication effortsOwn the creative execution and production to reach and engage team membersConvert organizational strategies into clear, compelling and consistent messages and stories that connect team members to the organization and their work

About You

Minimum Qualifications

10 years of experience in a communications or marketing roleBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related fieldDemonstrated ability in change management practices with an ability to understand and distill complex information into accessible communicationsExperience coaching and developing team membersDemonstrated ability to make strategic judgment decisions in complex and crisis management situationsDemonstrated ability in creative strategy for communications and event production

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, video editing and content managementPrevious experience working with confidential, non-public information
