About the Company:
We are embarking on the next stage of the Liebherr Legacy. In 2025, we are expanding our Fabrication and Welding workforce and are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Para Hills West manufacturing facility.

About the Role:As a Team Leader, your strong management skills will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards to support the growth, with the hands-on leadership of a dedicated fabrication team whilst ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant fabrication and services.

Skills and Duties:The successful applicant will prove their ability to:
Provide effective leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ideally with the ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively Champion safe work practices and lead regular toolbox meetings to ensure a secure workplace Ensure trades people are trained to the highest level and track job time and costs to support continuous improvement. Essential Requirements: Demonstrated Leadership experience within heavy fabrication / welding and preferably in the mining industry Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) Ongoing commitment and enthusiasm towards workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers.
Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
