Sentara Leigh Hospital is currently hiring a Team Lead for Environmental Services (Housekeeping).
 
This is a full-time position with day shift hours. 

In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for:

Responsible for maintaining assigned areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition to provide an appropriate environment.Provides direct service, and provides functional supervision to staff.Serves as a resource for Team Members, trains staff; provides staff with work assignments, ensures work is completed and monitors work quality and timeliness.Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement and customer service activities.

Job Requirements:

High School Grad or Equivalent/1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience required in lieu of High School/GED DiplomaTwo years Environmental Services (housekeeping) experience is required.Required: Communication, Reading Comprehension, Service Orientation, SpeakingNew employees are required to have CHEST within 2 years of hire.
