Job DescriptionAs the Team Leader of Deceased Estates, your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support and file management for the Business Support and Recoveries teams, including managing vendor relationships and monitoring key performance indicators.Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal requirements in deceased estate management, while identifying and implementing process improvements.This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in sensitive matters.
QualificationsEssential Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Banking, Risk Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3-4 years of experience in Credit Risk within the Personal and Private Banking sectorDemonstrable expertise in Risk & Corporate AffairsProven track record in a Debt Collecting environmentSubstantial leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in Risk Management or BankingExperience in process improvement and operational efficiencyThe successful candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of the banking industry, demonstrate unwavering commitment to ethical practices, and exhibit the capacity to lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
