Job DescriptionTo manage and develop a team and all other available resources (people, process and systems) within the branch to entrench a strong client-focused culture that will enable high-quality service to all customers.
QualificationsDiploma (NQF6 FAIS recognized qualification)Critical Experience Requirements:
Client Coverage: Extensive experience in Personal and Private Banking sectors is imperative.Duration: A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is non-negotiable.Regulatory Compliance: Possession of pertinent FAIS qualification is essential.Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in branch banking or contact centre environments is crucial.Key Competencies:
Comprehensive understanding of bank processes, policies, and products is vital.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team effectively are paramount.Exceptional client service orientation is a fundamental requirement.Note: The aforementioned qualifications and experience are stringent requirements for this pivotal role.
