Job Title: Team Leader, Accounts Receivable

Location: Costa Rica

General Purpose of the Position:

This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class team in a dynamic finance role. As the Team Leader, Accounts Receivable, you will supervise and determine the workload for your team, ensuring flawless execution of daily operations. Your leadership will drive the successful implementation of our ambitious financial strategies, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the daily operations of the team through meetings, audits, reports, and controls, strictly adhering to procedures and achieving set objectives and metrics.Supervise the allocation of workloads to team members, ensuring efficient performance.Successfully implement departmental and organizational objectives, focusing on outstanding operational performance and mentorship for the team.Coordinate and support the reconciliation of accounts for complex clients.Lead blocking issues from both internal and external clients, determining the best solutions.Provide support to team members in complex and critical dispute scenarios.Maintain engagement and communication with clients via phone, email, chat, or other means.Serve as the contact point in internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance and providing necessary information.Find opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement, suggesting new strategies and standard methodologies.Support supervisors and management in implementing strategies and communicating them assertively to the team.Perform any other requests required by the company's needs.

Basic Requirements:

Advanced university student in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field and/or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in the accounting/finance area.Proven experience in Shared Service Centers.English level B2+.

- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - Intermediate Excel.

Experience with at least one ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, and/or Mainframe).
