We are looking for a results-driven team leader with retail or e-commerce experience to drive South China based manufacturer or brand owners selling on Amazon, to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces; meanwhile deliver first-class level of services to customer satisfaction. He/she will lead a local based team to develop Amazon Business in China South regions by recruiting and managing local manufacturers and brand owners. He/she will be responsible for holistic region development strategy, planning as well as daily operation, take responsibility for key business goals including onboarding sellers, quality, and seller success, etc. He/she is expected to expand and develop the team, to achieve business goals, to continuously cultivate industry insights, to pilot new things. At the same time, he/she needs to have the ability to initiate and implement projects, and be good at collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. He/she will have great chance for innovation, to explore new business development methods, and scale up it to high level organization.
Key job responsibilities
1. Overall lead regions develop strategy and execution, lead team to achieve business goals
2. End to end take care of local regions AB awareness, leads generation, conversion, and seller growth, take responsibility for seller recruitment and seller success
3. Explore business development methods, optimize and maximum team efficiency from channels, workflow, tools development, etc. perspectives
4. Organize internal cross-team (Regional Development, MKT, etc.), external partner and global stakeholders collaboration, leverage these resource to drive AB success in local
5. Hire local talents and develop them, enhance new region and established region synergy, closely work with site leader and local site stakeholders
6. Lead regular and ad-hoc business deep dive and analysis to generate strategic insights and support management decision
