What this job involves
Support implementation of Global Quality Implementation Plan on accounts.
Reporting & dashboards creation
Support training initiatives.
Support creation of communication.
Responsibilities
Study the contracts for accounts & identify if there are any QRC deliverables. Support the account in MSA Obligation analysis
Conduct a gap analysis of the account processes in line with the Global QIP.
Ensure that corrective actions are delivered and non-compliance issues are resolved on time
Implement / improvise processes and procedures listed on the plan to aid and improve account performance.
Report out the status to the Account Lead / Transition Lead & the Director Quality & Compliance.
Support the Director Quality & Compliance in creating monthly & quarterly dashboards & communication pertaining to the function
Support the Global Community of practice by way of maintaining the list of participants across regions, creating communication pertaining to invites, supporting training initiatives, collation of best practices submission, monitoring the Quality & Compliance email box
Support the Responsible Business Alliance framework submission for APAC Accounts
Create lessons learnt communication (caricature based)
Support the World Quality week event management as required.
Support the Quality & Compliance Learning Series
Interaction with the site teams, cross functional SMEs relevant for the sites & discuss the audit findings.

Experience
Educated to a Graduate/Post Graduate degree level At least 7 years’ experience related field or could have an Integrated Facilities Management Operations background with a inclination to work in Quality & ComplianceStrong cultural alignment: unwavering ethical standards; drives excellence and innately collaborativeMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Analytical Skills: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for process oriented approachCharacter with high perseverance and resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done.
