Job Description Summary:

Team Lead Inside Sales will manage inbound sales inquiries and drive customer conversions. This role involves engaging with potential customers through various channels, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship building, and utilizing consultative selling techniques to ensure exceptional customer experiences with PayPal.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Lead Inside Sales to join our team. This role focuses on managing inbound sales channels, engaging potential customers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions while ensuring exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other digital platforms.

Qualify leads and assess customer needs to recommend the best products or services.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and address customer questions.

Convert inbound inquiries into sales by leveraging consultative selling techniques.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster loyalty.

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and promotions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce,).

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Prior experience in managing inbound channels such as live chat, email, and phone inquiries is a plus.
