What you will enjoy doing Preparing Invoice for dispatch per vehicle, on a day-to-day basis. Preparing Purchase Order. Maintain day-to-day incoming & outgoing documentation. Proper handling of all finance and accounting tasks (e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, bank accounting and assets accounting) including all relevant tax returns. Preparation of stock reconciliation statement. Inter Unit Reconciliation. TDS Payments & Returns Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation GST Return filling & Monthly reconciliation Other duties as assigned by the management.
