Team Lead - Assembly

Position Summary:

The role is responsible for the Assembly of Machines & Sub Assemblies in co-ordination with Planning and Purchase based on the Master Plan, to deliver Sub Assembly/Machine on time & ensure no defects in the next stage.

Work You’ll Do:

Daily planning of work allocation to the teamBuilding sub-assemblies & machines as per the master scheduleEnsure quality of workmanship as per SOPEnsure stock accuracy & daily material issues in the ERP system.Ensure labor booking in the ERP system for respective teams daily.Update Daily Management Sheet for their respective Zones.Responsible for 5 s & proper housekeeping at their respective ZoneMaintain records/documents as per the needs of ISO.Ensure “0" accidents in the assembly process.Perform Shift Responsibility for All Assembly BaysTrain/develop the junior team of assemblers for productive output with reliability/quality.

This role is part of the Assembly Team of Cell or Bay.

Basic Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical/Production with 5-8 Years of Experience in Assembly of Capital Equipment and Automobiles
