HIRING NOW for Team Leads in Greenfield, IN!

We are looking for a motivated, self starter, team player! 

Schedule & Compensation: 

Monday – Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, $19.00/hour (OT required, before shift start)

Job Functions: 

Leads and assign job responsibilities to all department personnel Leads will Monitor productivity tasks and keep a steady work flow within the department  Coordinate and facilitate the on-boarding efforts of new hires/operators and new material. Previous experience communicating information with confidence and keeping coworkers on track  Conduct final evaluations to ensure all operators can safely operate on their own. Adhering to applicable safety standards, and ensuring that correct, quality orders are being sent to customers free of damage.

Required Experience: 

Previous experience with Order Picker and Stand-Up Reach Truck forklift REQUIRED.

Skills/Competencies:

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Ability to stand for an entire 8-12 hour shift. Ability to consistently lift 30-50lbs in a non-climate controlled environment Able to work mandatory overtime, up to 12 hours per day Resume is required for this position
