**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Java and domain expertise in Asset Management Operations Cards & Payments Asset & Wealth Management Finance & Accounting and Consumer Lending. The ideal candidate will work from the office and be comfortable with rotational shifts. This role does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions in Java. + Oversee the development and maintenance of applications within the domains of Asset Management Operations Cards & Payments Asset & Wealth Management Finance & Accounting and Consumer Lending. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Ensure the timely delivery of projects by managing resources and timelines effectively. + Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. + Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive financial data. + Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the teams capabilities. + Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and management regularly. + Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all development activities. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in Java development. + Should have domain expertise in Asset Management Operations Cards & Payments Asset & Wealth Management Finance & Accounting and Consumer Lending. + Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Must be able to work effectively in a rotational shift environment. + Should have experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers. + Nice to have experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. + Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices. + Should be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. + Must have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time. + Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
