Responsibilities
Lead shift start meetings and assign employees to appropriate work daily to address changing workloads. Ensure safe work practices and report safety incidents (near misses, incidents, recordables). Performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting. Drive and consistently demonstrate 5S. Operates equipment according to Safety and Quality guidelines with the expectation that the Team Leader will be fully trained and signed off at every operation within their area. Provide technical assistance to operators as necessary. Provide coaching and counseling to improve performance and support positive employee relations. Background & SkillsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 1-year warehouse work experience. Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
