As our **Team Lead – AR Deployment,** you will help establish and achieve revenue cycle outcomes for new clients by analyzing edit, denial, and payor trends and monitoring and responding to client feedback. Using your attention to detail, you will discern client problems and communicate root cause issues. Every day you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify workflow issues and provide solutions for internal teams. **Here’s what you will experience working as a Team Lead – AR Deployment:** + Monitor daily assistance logs and workflows to ensure requests are responded to promptly, claims are billed timely, and any issues are addressed with a sense of urgency + Work collaboratively with coding, billing, follow-up, denials, clinical denials, credit balance, cash posting, document management and quality assurance to address requests and notes from clients and internal teams + Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); communicate updates + Lead team meetings and calls; prepare meeting agendas, report and analyze performance metrics; perform weekly assistance log audits **Required Skills:** + High school diploma or equivalent + You feel confident in your ability to navigate Cerner, Meditech and healthcare claims clearinghouse + You’ve worked in backend revenue cycle management where you learned billing workflows and can use this knowledge to identify rejection and edit trends + You know how to use Excel for reporting and data analysis including the use of pivot tables For this US-based position, the base pay range is $18.16 - $31.13 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
