To achieve this culture, we live by our 3 values: + Being Human Matters to Us + Together We Can Achieve Anything + We Always Keep Growing As part of the Universal Products and Experiences team you will support the wider ANZ on category tasks, across the following responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES + Oversee and manage administrative contract operations across ANZ team; ensuring prompt contract entry, management and action of the workflow across internal and external stakeholders – additionally assisting with direct administration requirements where there is a need. + Lead quarterly forecasting process, including data entry of licensee forecasts, royalty reporting and outstanding invoice communications to licensees. + Support the category team, to drive commercial growth in the region with licensee category gaps, line plans, general business needs and new business opportunities. + Assist and organise with onboarding schedules and requirements for new staff members where required. + Maintaining databases, spreadsheets/tracking documents and the distribution of licensee lists, brand presentations and other sales materials. + Manage; organise and assist with wider team workshops; events and meetings. + Proactive diary management the Regional Director and the coordination of domestic and international travel plans for the ANZ leadership team. + Manage weekly team updates for senior management + Creating and setting up new vendor accounts, raising purchase orders (using SAP) and coding invoices for payment, following through as required to ensure timely payment. + Assistance with asset management and NDA requests.   + Managing weekly team updates for senior management. + Providing general office administration; ordering stationery, supplies and equipment for department; facilities duties; arranging couriers & post. + Ad hoc projects and tasks as required. + Entrepreneurial – a self-starter, who is tenacious, independent, driven and proactive. + Resilient – not afraid to fail, getting back up and keep putting in the effort. + Global & holistic thinker – understand the wider context. + Confident being self – brings full personality and interests to work. + Light-hearted – a sense of humour, dealing patiently with frustrations. + Passionate – energetic, engaged, positive and desiring to make a difference. + Adaptable, agile & flexible – able to pivot quickly, adapt strategies and deal with change. + Good communicator – honest, transparent, and flexible depending on the audience. SKILLS / QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  + Excellent administration skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work coming in across the team.  + Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.  + Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.  + Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail.  + Demonstrable ability to research and source ad hoc information independently.  + Strong PC skills with Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
