School Leaders and Governors are seeking to appoint an exceptional Early Years/Reception teacher, working full time, 5 days a week. We are looking for a start date of September 2024.

This is main pay scale role, M1 to M4. The role is currently temporary for one year. 

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner and a dynamic individual with the drive and determination to inspire children, families and colleagues.

The person we appoint will be highly motivated to ensure the very best possible outcomes for the children in their Early years provision, and their subject leadership at a whole school level.

The teaching commitment will be in Early Years, so the individual will require boundless energy, creativity, patience and a nurturing attitude.

We would like our applicants to:

have recent experience and proven track record of teaching within Early Years/Reception, with a solid understanding of the Early Years Framework. working knowledge of “Essential Letters and Sounds” and “Pathways to Write” are preferred. experience of Early Years/Reception Moderation be committed to providing the best educational opportunities for all children demonstrate outstanding practice with high expectations of pupil attainment have the ability to inspire and motivate children to achieve levels of excellence have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team be a highly organised and motivated individual be an exceptional communicator who is committed to establishing and nurturing positive relationships with families.
