The Global Operations team partners with the front office and other groups globally to mitigate risk and deliver world class service to our global client base. They provide operational support and control functions across the trade lifecycle.  The team is heavily involved in new product initiatives and process improvements to streamline our support model.  They take great pride in ensuring controls are being continuously reviewed and updated while focusing on the customer at every point of contact.

The Fixed Operations team strives to create efficiency, improve client service levels and reduce operational risk.

Responsibilities:

RTTM (FICC), TBA Allocations, TBA Netting, Pool Netting and the Specified Pool MarketsClient trade allocations, trade confirmations, new account requests along with the identification and resolution of day-to-day issuesResolving trade Dk's, fails, and open itemsSupport MBS sales and trading desk consisting of heavy interaction with customer accounts and facilitating the allocation of money manager sub-accounts for client type tradingThe individual will be required to establish close working relationships with the Trading Desk, Sales Desk, Clearance, Technology, Credit, Legal & Compliance and Trade AccountingEnsure clarity and urgency in managing issues and queriesBuild strong relationships and work collaboratively within Global Operations and Business Services teams including settlements, new accounts, reference data and change delivery to support the growing Fixed Income business

Qualifications:

The TDS Operations Analyst III will act as a cross functional process analyst, conduct research, analysis and reporting on a range of operational and service issues.  Executes on critical projects and strategic special initiatives within a defined functional area that may require broader partnership across TDS and/or other TD enterprise functions. Enhances management decision making on policies, processes, products and services based on insights generated from analytics and reporting to advance the operating model / processes and elevate service quality. Facilitates the implementation of policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet functional objectives.
