**Job Description:**
**Program at a Glance**
The sales graduate program is a 1-year program where the successful applicant will spend time rotating within the FI and FX sales teams. By rotating through the public and private side of the business, the graduate will gain a holistic appreciation for the investment banking and capital markets business. Once appropriately licensed, the candidate will have both direct and indirect client coverage responsibilities across all businesses.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of FI/FX products, derivatives, markets and client types. This includes assisting with client coverage, trade execution, trade idea formulation and market commentary. The candidate will also assist the team and management with longer term projects to improve client penetration across products and improve efficiency on the sales desk through the analysis of client data or improving pricing models.
**Learning Outcomes and Objectives of the Sales Graduate Program**
+ The graduate will learn how to model and price rates and FX products such as: Spot FX, FX Swaps & Forwards, NDFs, Cash Bonds, Interest Rate Derivatives and Repo.
+ The graduate will learn how to execute trades on behalf of clients in FI and FX products and the attendant risks associated with each. This includes having an appreciation for the credit risk, market risk, regulatory risk and return on capital of executing trades in FI/FX products.
+ The graduate will learn key inputs to successful client relationship management and be expected to source feedback from clients on current market themes, trades ideas being pitched and seek opportunities to growth the relationship across all business lines.
+ The graduate will have opportunity to interact with several other departments within the bank like operations, middle office, accounting and tech teams to gain a keen sense and efforts to run the daily operations of a GSIB bank.
+ The graduate will have access to senior management for their learning and career development.

+ Quick learner and ability work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
+ Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and commitment.
+ Be technically minded with a strong command of mathematics, data analysis and financial modellling
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
+ Good command of English (bilingual candidates preferred to be able to work with our clients across the region)
