As Learning specialist in the Tier 2 TD&Learning section of the global business Centre, you will play a key role collaborating with the Center Of expertise, SMEs and peers in GBS, to create digital and multimedia engaging content that aids in the comprehension, retention and application of information, enhancing the appeal, impact and effectiveness of learning materials. This could includes designing infographics, presentations, e-learning modules, on the job aids, videos, audios, gamification and other educational resources ensure that all learning materials are consistent with the organization's branding and visual standards.

Key responsibilities • Develop digital learning content (guides, videos, web pages, eLearning, quizes, gamification, on the job aid and other digital learning solution) through independent research or by interviewing internal subject matter experts or a combination of both. • Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language that is technically accurate and understandable by non-experts • Use various authoring tools (e.g. Storyline) to rapidly build enjoyable, positive, interactive and engaging digital learning experiences  • Adhere to and contribute to the improvement of in-house instructional design and digital content creation standards, processes and templates • Manage storyboards, scripts and graphics associated with digital learning coontent to identify learning opportunities and suggest recommendations to produce impactfull learning solutions. • Contribute instructional design expertise to the overall design of learning programmes, collaborating effectively with stakeholders within the learning team and within the business • Design and develop live virtual learning and classroom materials (slide decks, learner resources and facilitator guides) based on content provided by the wider Learning team. •Project management the development of learning material to ahive main deliverables •Present insights of learning materials to evaluate the effectiveness and the experience of the learner with the solution
