主要职责
To carry out EHS policy and rules, Ware PPE properly.执行环境健康安全政策和规则，穿戴好适当的劳动防护用品.Operate relative smelter & TBRC per SOP, ensure all processes in control.根据操作说明书使用电弧炉和TBRC炉，确保全部工艺都按照要求发生.Have experience in forklift and excavator operation, and understand the care and maintenance of special equipment.有叉车和挖机操作经验，了解特种设备的保养维护。Execute the production plan arranged by the production supervisor and process engineer, and arrange the team members to produce according to the plan执行生产主管和工艺工程师布置的生产计划，并安排班组人员根据计划生产Collect and check production parameters recorded by team operators and report to engineers and supervisors收集并检查班组操作人员记录的生产数据，并汇报给工程师和主管Guide and organize the transfer of production materials, comply with the transportation regulations of hazardous waste, and company security regulations.指导和组织生产物料的转移，遵守危险废物的转运规定，和公司安保规定。Manage team members' safe production, use own experience and knowledge to provide safety and process training to team members, and improve their comprehensive skills管理班组人员安全生产，利用自身经验和知识对班组成员进行安全和工艺培训，提升班组成员综合技能Able to handle emergencies of metallurgical equipment during production, evacuate team members as required, and report emergencies according to procedures在生产过程中能够处理冶金设备出现的紧急状况，并按要求对班组人员进行疏散，对紧急情况按程序汇报Keep the work place clean & orderliness, execute 5S.保持工作场地干净、整洁, 严格执行5S规定Help Maintenance technician to repair or maintain equipment when needed, focus on safety and physical force.如果有需要，帮助维修技师维修和保修设备，主要是体力和安全的帮助.Take the training on urgent action, when accident happened, keep self & property safety.接受应急计划培训，当紧急事故发生时，保护自身安全和公司财产安全.Finished various work which assigned by leader.完成主管所布置的各项工作.任职要求
Forklift permit; Excavator permit;持有有效期内的叉车证及挖掘机证。College degree or above, major metallurgy preferred大专及以上学历，化工、冶金等相关专业。More than 5 years background in metallurgy.5年以上冶炼行业工作经验。Have production management experience.有班组管理工作经验。Computer skill proficiency 会基本的办公软件操作。How to apply:
