Position Details:

Role Title: Tax Support Processor Duration: Temp position through Mid-May

Job Responsibilities:

Mail Centralization Project: Implement an organized mail processing system at the Findlay office. Responsibilities include ensuring timely receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail in compliance with company policies. Digital Document Management: Digitize and organize physical documents, ensuring accurate filing into the company’s digital system. Maintain organization and accessibility to support operational efficiency. Rendition and Filing Calendar: Manage and update the calendar with key filing dates and deadlines, ensuring all information is accurate and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Support to Tax Analysts: Assist with scanning, filing, and handling certified mail, supporting the tax team in maintaining efficient operations.
