The Company is in the process of establishing a Latin American Tax and Statutory Accounting Center of Excellence (COE) based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This Financial Analyst role will be working in this COE supporting LATAM tax & stat activities from Buenos Aires office.
What You Will Do
• Work with the external advisors in the Indirect Tax compliance including data validation, tax return filings, payments and related accounting work and submissions such as VAT or any other local indirect tax applicable in the country.
• Work with the external advisors in the Direct Tax compliance including data validation, tax return filings, payments and related accounting work and submissions such as Corporate Income Tax or any other local direct tax applicable in the country.
• Assist with the income tax accounting for both US GAAP and statutory accounts for the legal entities in the country.
• Assist with the statutory financial statement process including the external auditor requests, filing with local authorities and the external audit related to US GAAP accounts.
• Assist with the accurate completion of annual income tax returns by ensuring accurate data is provided and coordinating the review of final income tax returns for the country in scope, all in coordination with external audit firm.

• Work with ERP system of the country.
• Support efforts to leverage technology, automation and standardization related to all aspects in scope as far as processes and controls are concerned
• Report to COE Manager
Minimum Qualifications
• Analyst-level role with 2+ years of experience in relevant role
• Experience in Taxes with fundamental tax principles, processes, accounting and terminology, experience in income tax return or indirect tax submissions
• Analytical skills for providing insights
• Verbal and written communications and experience interacting with internal / external stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes in a dynamic business environment
• Collaborative teammate
