In this role, you will play a key part in managing tax exemption certificates, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations, and supporting tax-related processes. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•Manage and process daily email requests from internal collaborators, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
•Carefully review tax exemption certificate requests to ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations.
•Resolve disputes related to tax exemption certificates, working efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
•Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to manage and maintain dispute reports
•Identify and recommend process improvements, contributing to standardization and optimization initiatives.
•Support tax audits by providing documentation and collaborating with leadership to meet audit requirements

   For This Role, You Will Need:

•Advanced student in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
•1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration (preferred).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 proficiency).
•Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP (preferred).
•Previous experience in a multinational or corporate environment.
•Experience in tax compliance, financial reporting, or auditing.
 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
•Diligent, proactive, and able to work optimally in a team-oriented environment•
Navigating and resolving discrepancies or incomplete information with a proactive and analytical approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
