Your mission will be…Preparation and filing of all required tax returns;Support in tax audits and in tax administration processes;Comprehensive tax analysis of the companies’ local and international business projects and transactions;Close cooperation with the business units and with other corporate functions in the assessment and mitigation of tax risks with active participation in the design and structuring of business projects and transactions;Cooperation in local and international tax topics and in cross border projects with the local tax departments of other Siemens entities in foreign countries, especially with Spain and the headquarters in Germany;Tax support in the company’s M&A transactions;Support in Transfer Pricing documentation and internal TP advisory;Internal tax report to the headquarters;Design and implementation of Tax IT projects, namely tax processes in ERP systems and other relevant systems to support tax compliance and to drive the digitalization of relevant tax processes.
We are looking for someone with…University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law;Specific academic background in Tax is a positive aspect;Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in tax compliance and tax advisory;Solid knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP, and MS Office tools;Previous experience in the design and implementation of Tax IT projects is a positive aspect;Expert communication skills in a business environment and the ability to present difficult and complex technical issues.
