Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in Sandwich, Massachusetts, United States. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for the accurate preparation of personal tax returns, effective communication with clients, and provision of excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Accurate preparation of personal tax returns with the use of accounting software systems and tax software • Efficiently communicate with clients via email, providing them with relevant information and addressing their inquiries • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved • Utilize ADP - Financial Services, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, and Drake Tax Software for various accounting functions • Ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date • Monitor and manage client's allowances and deductibles Requirements • Excellent command over various accounting software systems is essential for this role. • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a mandatory requirement. • Expertise in CCH ProSystem Fx will be highly regarded. • Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is a must. • Familiarity with Drake Tax Software is crucial for this position. • Strong understanding of general accounting functions is required. • Ability to handle allowances accurately and efficiently is necessary. • Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for this role. • Proficiency in data entry tasks is a must. • A thorough understanding of deductions is necessary for this position.
