Description We are seeking a Tax Accountant for our client, a boutique accounting firm in Albuquerque, with a demonstrated record of preparing various business tax returns. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in preparing Partnership 1065, S Corp 1120S, and C Corp 1120 tax returns. You will be tasked with preparing an array of tax returns, addressing tax notices and conducting research, tax planning, and handling other special assignments. Familiarity with Lacerte Tax Software or similar software will be instrumental. Key skills include keen attention to detail, superior time management skills, the ability to maintain client confidentiality, strong communication skills to convey tax details to clients, staying informed about changing tax laws and regulations, and ideally, a CPA or EA certification. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. 60-80k depending on experience.
