Role Overview:

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Tax, as a Manager of Transfer Pricing your primary responsibilities include gathering transfer pricing related business information and advising on transfer pricing policies and strategies. The successful candidate will also support business and accounting models/operations, support M&A activities, and support tax planning, operations, and audits

About You:

·You will develop and lead global transfer pricing strategic projects such as business supply chain planning, business restructurings, and acquisition integration

·Review required global transfer pricing documentation and economic benchmarks

·Ensuring compliance with all transfer pricing requirements including preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports, assistance with disclosure forms

·Prepare and review valuations required for internal operations, planning, and compliance or statutory purposes

·Your collaboration with other Tax team members includes analyzing and resolving international transfer pricing issues

·Drive tax audit defense for both U.S. and foreign entities and provides management with strategic defense options.

·Proactively identify and manage transfer pricing risks by ensuring consistent application of transfer pricing practices and documentation for global intercompany transactions

·An additional focus will be you keeping abreast of developments in US and OECD tax/transfer pricing regulations and identifying issues or opportunities related to those developments

·Identify opportunities to strategically implement transfer pricing structures to deliver effective tax rate and cash tax benefits

·Collaborating effectively across the tax, finance, legal and operating organizations

Base Pay Range: $110,050 - 140,000.  Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
