5+ years recent tax preparation and review experience
Experience with 1040s, 1065, and/or 1120 
Experience with complex tax
Strong client communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain client and staff relationships
High level of proficiency with MS Excel and Word
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with GoSystem Tax (Fast Tax) software is a plusWhat You Will Be DoingOversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for a diverse clientele
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and ensure comprehensive client service
Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development
Engage in effective client communication, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing proactive solutions
