EVO Payments México is hiring an experienced Tax Invoicing Analyst who will lead a group of people in charge of reconciling and producing (whenever required) manual invoices for EVO’s clients.

What Part Will You Play?

Oversees a team that is responsible for:

Analyzing data to understand common causes for tax invoicing generation or delivery rejection.

Optimizing procedures to gather client data that may prevent such issues.

Reconciling tax invoicing generation vs. fees that are charged to clients.

Generation of manual tax invoices (either to cover for rejected invoices or for invoices that are produced ad hoc and not automated.

Interacts with clients, sales reps, service reps to provide tax invoicing related service.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum of 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in information analysis, client facing functions and preferably tax invoicing.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Previous leadership experience.

Team player, with a history of thought leadership.

Strong analytic background.

Effective leader and practitioner who is able to inspire people to create measurable results.

Strong project planning skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and with dynamic deadlines.

Strong ability to peer manage across the organization to achieve vision
