Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Task Order Project Manager to work for our company.
Summary:
+ Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance / IT-III or above (Sponsorship will not be provided).
+ Will serve as the task order project manager for mission critical task orders and shall work with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the government task order-level Program Managers, and Government representatives.
+ Will have a good comprehension of technology and be able to communicate technical concepts across to the Government.
+ Will be responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Requirements:
+ Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance / IT-III or above (Sponsorship will not be provided).
+ Must hold an active Project Management certification (PMP).
+ Must have a bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience.
+ Must have 5+ years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
+ Must have 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting field.
+ Must have experience interfacing with Government personnel.
+ Must have experience developing project schedules.
+ Must have experience managing weekly reports, monthly reports, IPRs, transition in/out plans, and certification updates.
+ Must have experience developing and maintaining project schedules that align with the Period of Performance (PoP), and reporting progress to government stakeholders.
+ Must have experience conducting knowledge transfer, developing and updating transition in/out plans, and supporting contract kickoff/close-out activities in compliance with government standards.
+ Must have excellent communication skills.
Preferences:
+ Previous experience managing and executing all required contract deliverables, including but not limited to: kick-off meeting presentations, monthly reports (e.g., progress reports, 8570/8140 certifications, CAC log, GFE reports), onboarding and offboarding packages, recurring training and certification updates, project plan development, transition out plans, and in-process reviews (IPRs).
+ Previous experience coordinating invoice submissions based on the timely review and approval of reports by the COR.
