Task Order Project Manager
**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or multiple task orders) affecting shared systems. + Assist the Program Manager in collaborating with the Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and Government stakeholders. + Lead execution of task areas and manage contractor staff, including on/offboarding, reporting, and training. + Ensure the development of schedules that meet Government timelines and that all deliverables and reports are accurate and timely. + Coordinate invoices and reporting with the COR. + Develop and maintain a project plan for design, development, and deployment tasks. + Prepare and present a contract Kick-Off presentation outlining plans for scope, schedule, staffing, and sustainment. + Maintain and manage a Transition In and Out Plan and submit updated versions to KO, COR, and program stakeholders. + Create and maintain a Program Management Plan (PMP). + Deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSR) including task reviews, risks, cost tracking, patching, travel, and performance metrics. + Manage and update a Personnel Resource/Training spreadsheet detailing status of contractor staff, clearances, CACs, and training. + Lead In-Process Reviews (IPRs) as needed throughout the task order execution lifecycle. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Experience: + 5 years of project management experience + 5 years of leadership experience in IT or consulting, demonstrating increasing responsibility + Certifications: + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized project management certification + Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority + DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III (One of the Following): + CISM + CISSP (or Associate) + GSLC + CCISO + Education: + BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience + Clearance: + Must possess an IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) **Overview** We are seeking a Task Order Project Manager to join our team supporting DLA J6 Enterprise Sourcing, Medical and Contingency (ESMC) Hosting and Support.
