GDIT has an exciting Task Order Lead opportunity to integrate, standardize, and transform our Federal customer’s IT services with the CIO organization. The Task Order Lead is responsible for supervising all personnel, managing senior-level customer relationships, and overseeing delivery driving process and quality improvement. The successful candidate will be a change agent, not content with the status quo. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are absolutely essential in this role. The role also requires the ability to successfully juggle priorities.
Responsibilities:
Operating within client guidance, contractual limitations, and company business and policy directives.Directs all phases of task order from inception through completion.Responsible to meet required contractual performance metrics such as SLAs, KPIs, OPI etc.Responsible to meet task order financial metrics.Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plan and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions.Day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locationsDefining and locating performance and process improvement opportunities.Manages risk tracking processInteracts with vendors, other agencies, and client staff and stakeholdersCoordinates development of and timely delivery of deliverablesTranslating technical information into clear and concise documents for technical and non-technical personnel presentations.\Qualifications:

The likely salary range for this position is $182,750 - $247,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
