Beneficiary will directly manage and oversee 4-5 specialized employees who hold the title of Drum Operator. Responsible for safely operating the required number of drums and accurately processing hides through the wet blue process.  They must safely manage many chemical processes designed to make our wet blue product the most consistent high quality product available today.  Proper documentation must be maintained insuring an accurate process.  The guidelines set forth by the company must be strictly adhered to and the safety aspects must be of a very high concern to the applying individual.  A successful Process Supervisor must be able to pass a pulmonary function test to be respirator qualified.  Due to the safety sensitivity of the position, random drug screening will be performed.              

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Graduate or GED equivalent required
4 year degree BS or Technical Certificate in related field required

Education may be substitute for 12 years of Management experience in the Tannery Process industry, manufacturing or production environment
